Exclude oily food, junk and processed food out of your diet. Have only fresh fruits and veggies and home made food. Drink plenty of water. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Don't overeat and keep food portions small. Exercise regularly. Make these lifestyle changes and you will lose weight.
