How does weight loss work
Having gained 20 kgs in 4 years, i wish to get back to the original me. I have been working out and also lost some of the weight. But as a have a long term goal, I wish to understand how much time will it take for me to reduce the whole. I lot of factors are crucial to determine the duration, yet what is the best possible effective way to slim down and tone up at the earliest. I have no problem working out. Infact, I enjoy it. Yet lately,my body has been extremely exhausted.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
