How do I reverse my food cycle timing?
I ate mushroom or cauliflower in the night after 12am and I was not at all hungry till 5pm the next day. The same thing happens when I eat non veg at mid night.
Now my circadean rythm has got totally changed. I am hungry only at 5pm every day and thats when I eat the very first meal. It's been more than 2 weeks and I am unable to change the food cycle timing.

Gud afternoon pls try to do full body chk up soon including thyroid, diabetes, lipid profile test, liver test etc. There might be certain internal issues for which it's happening. Try to correct your sleeping cycle by exercise so that your hunger pangs will go away n try to add on roasted seeds like chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds etc for resolving this issue.
