9 Months baby food quality and timings
Hi team , planning to put fruits and vegetables to my 9 months  baby. What are the fruits  and vegetables should i use? How much quantity should i put? On what timings should i put the food? Baby is in mother feeding some time? Should i use cow milk ?How much?on what time? Please help it will help a lot

You mad mashed banana mixed with a scoop of baby formula 2.You may add ghiya in a thin consistency khichdi(boil together) then mash and feed your child. 3.feed pasteurized boiled then cooked milk to your baby...start with 150 to 200 ml(if feeding with bottle) You may also opt to feed milk with katori and spoon. 4.you may squeeze juice from a fresh apple and feed it to your child with spoon

Hi Give the home made food to the baby but make sure the consistency is soft for the baby .. 70 to 80 gm of porridge to be given each time .. 5 to 6 meals to be given..
