Does low GI foods really reduce weight?
Does low GI foods really reduce weight? It looks like it's just increasing the digestion time and does not reduce weight. I have been including low GI foods like vegetables or fruits or meat along with normal food. The usual digestion time of normal carbohydrates takes around 4 hours. Adding low GI foods increases to 6 hours or more. So the digestion time gets delayed. Hence, the food timing gets delayed. How to balance this? Who can answer?
