Don't drink too much hot or too much cold water. Both are harmful for our body. For example -1)Sea Salt is prepared from evaporation of sea water in hot weather.2)During raining in cold air, sleet get formed ;That means too hot or too cold it gets stagnated .eg formation of kidney stones or gall stone .So don't drink too hot or too cold water. Warm water or previously boiled warm water is useful for body for digestion .
