Skin cold but body is hot inside
This happens to me rarely, not quite often but this thing, even rarely, started happening to me since last year. As I touch my skin, it is hot for me but when I asked 2 people to touch and see, they say it's cold. My body feels warm inside but I am feeling cold when he fan speed is high. It's not fever, I don't feel anything else, I feel normal except this.

Your symptoms appear to be normal, but I would advise you to do a thyroid profile test so as to check if your levels are within normal limits as it may explain the cold intolerance. If the values are deranged you should visit an endocrinologst and start medications to control your levels.
Next Steps
Do a thyroid profile investigation
Health Tips
If condition persists or worsens visit the endocrinologist at the earliest
