About once a day, i get hot flashs, could be when sleeping which leaves me drenchd in my own sweat or random during the day, had this for bout 2 months, my body get all hot, stomach turns, to the point of almost be sick (was today) slight headace My diet is ok, i make smoothies, lean meats, veg pastas Do have a few sugary drinks.... I work in hot hot kitchen 10 hours a day?? Exersise isnt a proplem I smoke Dont do drugs Or drink
