Hot chest and palm for 10 mnth old son
My 10 month old son was having cold from last 6-7 days while traveling. Family members have given him Tulsi, ginger extract 4-5 times. Though his cold has been reduced significantly but from yesterday he is having hot chest and palm. His head temperature looks normal. Breathe also don't show any problem but he is not very comfortable. Plz suggest what to do.

Use a thermometer to measure the temperature,if it's 100 or more,give paracetamol for fever and repeat after 4 hours if required.
