Horrible dreams
Every night when I sleep I see scary horrible dream. I don't have any history of depression or anxiety, no family history of mental illness. Only general work stress , but when I sleep I get scared in deep sleep due to scary dreams.

It's a sleep cycle disturbances.. that need to be corrected otherwise it will cause irritation, judgment impairment, anxiousness...
