Sucking is very natural, no need to teach the baby. Never give honey nipple/pacifiers

32 weeks is not a term child so there are sucking power is going to be weak. They also sleep while taking feeds. Take feed for few minutes and get tired. As age increases, muscle tone increases, sucking power increases and activity increases. Also mouth opening increases and they can take majority of nipple inside. Not to use honey till 2 years of age. Honey can contain a bacteria which can cause paralysis to the child below 1 year so not at all recommended.
