I have a hoarse voice . I have done laryngoscopy. . It shows both vocal cords normally moving with phonetory gap present and venticular bands- hypertrophied. .. Please suggest solution for this...

As your ventricular folds are enlarged, your true vocal folds are not closing properly and that is causing phonatory gap, which leads to hoarseness. We need to rule out why ventricular folds are enlarged?? Voice therapy will help you to reduce symptoms. Pls feel free to contact for any help
