HLA B27 Positive
My brother-in-law (Age 38, V Srinivas) is having neck pain, back pain and pains in other areas from last two months. He was advised to do HLA B27 test and the result is positive.
Is it curable?

HLA B 27 is a kind of antigen ..A positive test result suggest that there is a close chance of having spondyloarthropathies..As mentioned symptoms also correlates the condition..
U need to meet a re
humatologist and physiotherapy will help in slowing the disease progress and deformity formation.
Slow and low impact exercises will help in conditioning the muscles and stop progress of deformities ln spine and other joints.
You can consult a Physio near by he/she will advice exercise practices which should be incorporated into to the daily routine for better results.

Avoid long sitting in one posture or standing for prolonged time. keep moving the joints keep stretching the muscles ...
