HLA B27 positive
I was tested hla B27 positive 4 years back , doctor advised me to take medication saaz500 and indocap sr when I have those symptoms , from past 10 days I am getting pain and feeling stiffness at dorsum(back)and lower back(right side) plz advise me regarding this. Now I am taking some medication regarding ENT( antibiotics and  nexa pro (gastric),nukast 10 mg). So can I take these two medications at same time or any issues .plz help me get to know.

Since you r suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis which causes fusion of bones and joints ,stiffness is inherent part of this disease ,you have to maintain flexibility of your bones and joints by doing regular exercises and medications. You can take other ailments medications.

Yes you can take the ENT medicines along with sazo and indocap sr . But you should not take indocap for prolonged use as it has its own problems. For pain you might have to take some other medication. We can discuss regarding the same directly through the practo app

You can take those medications along with ent drugs.Avoid sleeping in air conditioner room. Take hot water fermentation. Consult with me directly through practo app for further information

Can take both medication..take physiotherapy..start tab vitamin c bd...* 10 days....tab GABA NT 300 HS OD * 10 DAYS....START CHEST PHYSIOTHERAPY.... SWIMMING...PLZ SEND UR XRAYS.....CONSULT WITH ME ON PRACTO
