Recently got tested for HIV with a test that searched for antibodies. It's only been 3 and a half weeks since possible exposure. Test came out as non reactive. How conclusive is this result since I've gotten tested only after 3 and a half weeks? Is this in any way an indicator that I do not have HIV?
