You touched the semen of a person with acute HIV infection with your finger.
You then fingered an HIV-negative female with the same finger.
There was no direct unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse with the semen.
This is not considered a recognized route of HIV transmission. HIV does not transmit through intact skin, and transferring semen on a finger to another person in this way is not considered a realistic risk by HIV transmission guidelines.

risk of HIV from touching semen with a finger and then fingering another person is negligible to no risk. Your symptoms are more consistent with a viral respiratory infection and are not specific for acute HIV. HIV testing is generally not required for this exposure.
