risk of HIV from touching semen with a finger and then fingering another person is negligible to no risk. Your symptoms are more consistent with a viral respiratory infection and are not specific for acute HIV. HIV testing is generally not required for this exposure. If you want reassurance, a 4th-generation HIV Ag/Ab test at 6 weeks is highly reliable. Consult a physician if your symptoms persist or worsen.
