3 days back my mother skipped one step and she fell down, she feels heavy pain in back and hips. and i consult orthopedic doctor he prescribed tablets like
Sporecal -Alpha
Accelofenac and paracetamol tablets
OMEZ-D
TOP -O-PLAST
Q GESIC - INJ.
SAFTI- 3 ML syrange
BACK PAIN BELT.
And he suggest take 2 month bedrest. But after using tablets she can't feel pain relief.
She suffers a lot from pain.
I don't know what will i do now?
Now I attached X RAY report.
Please check the reports is it everything normal ( I mean bed rest is enough) or anything else?
I attached my mothers X-Ray also.
Please suggest me. My mother suffer a lot.

Take strict bed rest ,
Medication only is not the treatment .
Ideal posture while sitting for food , washroom ,
Avoid any kind of massage also

I think u need to get another X-RAY of dorso lumbar spine lateral views
In the given X-ray appears to be a fracture of vertebral body and that would be confirmed only thru X-ray that I asked to get done
