Consult treating surgeon.. so many cause of pain.. some are serious and some are normal.. which cause is there.. will better identity by operating surgeon only

It will reduce with time and take pain till that time. And do exercise under physiotherapist guidance and if pain is severe please do a x ray.

Consult an orthopedic surgeon online/offline as per your comfort. Pain after hip replacement is sometimes a sign of infection.
