Hi - Good to hear that u r a sportsman. Uric acid mainly raise due to more animal protein IR organic products consumptions even than body requirement. So avoid lentils, egg,meat, too much milk but skim milk u can IR chanaa, fat free panner u can . no junk or out side fried fast ,spicy foods. I m in Kolkata so u can meet me for balanced diet suitable with sports.
