Along with proper homoeopathic constitutional medicines, you should start  leading a healthy lifestyle. Avoid cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. Maintain healthy weight, add lots of fibres to your diet, drink plenty of fluids throughout the day, stay physically active, avoid stress and get adequate hrs of good sleep every night.
