I have high tsh hevel . my tsh some months ago was 17.5 but after medication it is reduced and currently it us 5.8.first concern i have is that my doctor told me i have hypothyroidism but one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is weight gain and here is the problem. i am a guy with 183 cm height and weighs only 45kg and i cant gain weight.so why m i losing weight in hypothyroidism.also i m joining gym and want to take a supplement optimum nutrition serious mass.is it fine to take that in high tsh
