High triglycerides
Whenever I do health checkup my cholesterol and triglycerides 236, 313 ,I am pure vegetarian, and taking duloxitene from last two year as prescribed by my rheumatologist, and diet habits is controlled else my triglycerides always coming high from last year , is anti depressants Duloxitene Placida can elevate triglycerides??

Duoxitene ,placida do not cause triglycerides elevation.Your triglyceride level is raised ,but there's no indication for pharmacological treatment unless the level is above 500 mg/dl Continue with the dietary modifications and exercise.

Yes this medication cause increase in ur lipid profile. That's common.  You need to be on one extra medication will relieved ur symptoms and triglycerides will also come to range.  But need some history to prescribe.  Need more details . Kindly consult.

Kindly don’t take any drug for your elevated TG levels 1. Treatment to be taken only if TG is > 500 2. Or USG shows active steatohepatitis or grade III fatty liver Else only exercise and high salad diet is all that is required.
