High sugar level
I am suffering from thyroid disorder and high BP since long back. Accordingly I take allopathic medicine for it. But just now blood test result shows that I am suffering from impaired glucose tolarence. My fasting result is 95 whereas PP is 177. I didn't start any allopathic medicine for high sugar level. May I take Himalaya wellness product or Patanjali herbal product as a treatment of high sugar ? Please advice me .

I don't advise any alternative medicine but at this stage of diabetes u can control it with lifestyle changes alone. Follow a diabetic diet, exercise regularly and maintain an ideal weight.
