High sgpt Sgot
Hello, I have attached my lft report. My sgpt sgot has been on the higher side since one year. Found it accidentally in full body test. My USG, fibroscan and all blood reports (all antibody tests, hepatitis, ferritin, urinary copper and many other tests) were normal. Cause was not found. No symptoms. My mind is always stuck on my liver now. I get stressed too much. I tried keeping a healthy diet and lost excessive weight but that also didn't help. I am taking thyroid medicine since last one year. I am worried can I get pregnant?

The rise in SGOT and SGOT is significant only if it more than one half times .In your case is 50 ,it's not a cause for concern. Since you are on thyroid medication ,if you are planning for pregnancy make sure that your thyroid status is well controlled.
Next Steps
repeat the liver function tests after 3 months you can use liv 52 tablet
Health Tips
avoid fatty food use fresh fruits and vegetables

Your SGOT and SGPT are also not unusually high. Your ultrasound scan and fibroscan are also normal. You can continue Hepa-merz for about one month. After that get the enzyme test again. It would have improved.
