High SGOT and SGPT
Hi Sir, I have been diagonised with SGOT as 73 and SGPT as 122. Are there any health risk. Pls advise which specialist i should consult and any other test I should do to understand detail issue. Any medication I should take. Thanks in advance for your advise.

get ultrasound done. are you an alchoholic..if yes than quit.. consult any good physician or a gastroeterologist

You are having a fatty liver. go for usg abdomen or fibroscan for confirmation. a healthy diet and quitting alcohol will help

Hi Liver  enzymes  raised  in liver  infection . Consult  gastroenterologist .
