Hi Dr , I am having high myopia of power -17D and -10.5 D having dryness issue as well, I am in education field right now I want to switch into IT professional role which require 9-10 hrs of work in front of computer , is this the right decision to switch my career to IT because my glasses no. Increasing year on year , so my question will I able to work in IT domain , is it safer or I remain in education field

It is better to continue in education field.you can choose it field, unless it is compulsory. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
