High mean PI ratios in pregnancy at 21w
We got an anomaly scan done at 21w and one of the findings was that - Bilateral uterine arteries reveal high mean PI ratios above 99th percentile. Few months ago, we got an NT-NB scan which said that there could be a high risk of pre-eclampsia; post which we had started ecosprin 150. Pls advice how risky is this situation and what should we do?

Chances of pre eclampsia are high. Regular BP check  up helps.
