21w pregnant, safe to travel by train?
Previous one missed miscarriage at 11 weeks and later one ectopic pregnancy. Im 21 weeks pregnant now, can I travel by train to my hometown? Journey 2 hours.

Hello there, You can travel in 21wks of pregnancy if you don’t have the following- 1.Placenta is not low lying 2. You don’t have pregnancy induced hypertension 3.You have normal blood sugar levels and are not diabetic 4.You don’t have short cervix ( usually the length is mentioned in Ultrasound) 4. You don’t have any spotting/ leakage through vagina. 5.You don’t have pain in lower abdomen.

Stay well hydrated, choose aisle seat incase you need to pass urine frequently or need to stretch / stand , carry your own healthy snacks, avoid buying food/drink from vendors, carry emergency medicines with you, carry back pillow to support your back, avoid heavy weight baggage lifting.
