HIGH IL6 High SGPT
My IL6 is 24.60 but my serum ferritin is around 70

Rest of the things are in normal range , It's been 21 days since I tested negative for Covid ,CT scan Done twice it was in Normal limits
I am confused what should I do next as I have persistent cough and Weakness ,I haven't been taking any steroids or anti biotics only multivitamins
Should I go for RTpcr again
