Hi. My wife age is 30. She recently tested serum ferritin level and it is 3.2 ng/ml. Can you please suggest the way forward and how to increase the ferritin level?

Hi,serum ferritin should be more than 100mg/ml.It is less because of iron deficiency Anemia.Oral you take tab ferrium Or inj ferric carboxy maltose 500mg IV weekly once for 2 weeks.
