High ige and difficulty breathing
My wife was having difficulty breathing and sound while breathing from 3-4 days. so i got ige levels checked. it came out to be 2427 iu/ml whereas the normal range is upto 100. no fever. little dry cough. what medications should she take.

Raised IgE definitely points to allergic cause. If the problem is breathing difficulty and noisy breathing, chest evaluation should be done.
