High heart rate dizziness
When i walk i feel dizziness heart rate reached 150. This is i am feeling form months. Did echo which comes normal. I have heart murmur as well. Hemoglobin 10.8, plz suggest next step test which i further need to do

Do you have your ECG , please show your.echo report also , and please tell or show in prescription paper showing any murmur heard on auscultatation as there are various types of murmur having different causes , and your HB is also low need further evaluation
