  4. High Grade fever. To get relief or not?

High Grade fever
Hello Doctor, My son has high grade fever initally at 10:47 pm in night I have given 5 ml paracetamol 240 DS and now at 1 pm in night he is having more than 102 grade fever. Now I have given ibugesic syrup  containing ibuprofen IP 100mg 4 ml And paracetamol DS 240 mg 4ml. Is this dose enough to get relief or not ? Or I should do something else to down his fever

What is the weight? Any other symptoms?  This should be enough. Please visit a pediatrician for check up as fever is high
