High grade fever 102 f

Asked for Female, 6 Years

After even giving meftal syrup my daughter's fever is coming back within 4 hours..Till now we gave her meftal 2 doses 5ml at 6 pm yesterday and then 7 ml at 12am. Her weight is 17kg...Please suggest what we should do?

Give syp. P 250 5ml every 4hrly and meftal 5ml in between if temperature rises more than 102.
