High Fever
Since Morning, My 18 months daughter is having high Fever 102.8., Since we take reading from underarms, I have added +1 to the reading, it was showing 101.8
Given Treatment : Paracetamol T 98 Medicine twice (difference of 4-5 hours). Glucose water of 200 ml.

Lots of fluids.
Do not over cloth the baby.
Can do sponging with tap water if fever >102

Hi.
Do not add 1 to the temperature. Give paracetamol 4-6 hrly if temperature more than 99.4 deg F.
Next Steps
Stop glucose water and give normal diet with plenty of liquids/ water.
