High fever since last two days
My son aged 5 years is having high fever since yesterday. If we give ibugesic plus the fever comes down but become high again after 5-6 hours.

If not accompanied by any other symptoms,it's probably viral fever.
Just give paracetamol every4 hours if required.
If not improving in 2 days or in case of additional symptoms,consult your paediatrician.
