High fever since 3days
My husband is suffering from high fever since 3 days and the temperature is around 102-103 its not coming to normal and he is also having head ace in left side, and little problem in breathing. We have done shown to the nearby dr he suggested some tests CBC, dengue Ns-1(Quantitative), Malaria Serology,Widal Serology report,C-Reactive Protein (CRP) all the reports are normal only CRP level is high the normal level is 10 and the patent level is 52. He is taking tab.Dolo 500mg thrice a day but the is as usual its not coming down. He is not having cough or cold.
Kindly suggest me for this problem.

Get a RT-PCR for Covid 19 done urgently.
Digital X-ray Chest-PA view also.
Get his oxygen saturation checked also. Pulse oximeters are easily available nowadays.

Hi I can understand your concern
Good your reports are normal
CRP will increase in all fever
Check for CRP after 48 hours to know status
For now you can use
Tab Doxy 100mg twice a day after food for 5 days
Tab Pan 40 Twice a day before food for 5 days
Tab dolo 650 three times a day after food
Tab Zincovit once a morning after food for 30 days
Tab limcee 500 once a day after food for 30 days
if vomiting - tab emeset 4mg as needed
if loose stools cap bifilac three times a day before food for 5 days

As I can see in your message that your husband has gone through all the tests but what about Covid RT PCR which is also very important to rule out the diagnosis.
Secondly give him Tablet Dolo 650mg Thrice a day after food , Tablet Lecope 5 mg once a day after food with Tablet Zincee Twice a day after food these all medicines for 3 days.
