High Fever & nausea
From yesterday evening having fever but from mid night have high fever 102 gave calpol400 but not completely gone again reached 102 today morning & also started vomiting gave ammset after half hour gave calpol 500 at 11am .....fever not gone yet...99.4.....& Nausea is also there.

Does he have any loose motions or stomach ache?If so,consult your paediatrician.
If not,it could be simple viral gastritis.
Give Tab ondem regularly 30 min before every meal for 2 days,give paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if needed.
If not improving,consult your paediatrician.
