13 yrs old child was suffering from high fever since 1 week was treated by general physician with the course of antibiotics even the fever dint reduce so the latest blood test shows WBC-65000, PLATELETS-0.75 .

If I am not making mistake to read WBC- 65000 (sixty five thousands) and plts- 75000 (seventy five thousands). This is problematic, need Hb (hemoglobin) because even if that is low, then it is pancytopenia, you will need further investigation like malarial antigen test, dengue test, and few more if these are inconclusive.
