My son of age 1year 4months is having high fever 100degree... His entire body is burning hot..what should I do

Please do tepid sponging, and then give Paracetamol. If no improvement, please do an online or offline consultation

Kindly do tepid sponging over forehead .Measure axillary tempreture once again after 30 mins .And if it is more than 99 degree ferenheit kindly consult on telemedicine with paediatrician for further management and detailed evaluation.
