My daughter is steering from high fever 103.8. I had given her Meftal 6ml and immediately she vomited. Should I repeat the dosage or wait for 4 hr. Parallely I am doing tipping sponge

vomiting within half an hour of giving any medicine will expel the dose,you have to repeat it.
