  4. High fever. His fever under control?

My 6 year old son has fever and vomiting for past three days.fever never came down even after medicine and IV fluids given.. normal blood and urine test report came..seems like mumps...my worry is how to bring his fever under control? his fever is gone around 103.4 f

For fever below 103, use syp combiflam,and use meftal-p for fevers 103 or beyond,in addition to sponging.
