  4. High fever for child. One more dose!

High fever for child
High grade fever 7.5 year old girl.. started augmentin for throat and meftal for fever 5 ml... meftal 5 ml given at 7 .. Vomitted in half an hour..repeated at 9.., fever again high at 12 am now... pls suggest should we go to hospital or give one more dose

you can give oral paracetamol tab of 250 mg instead of syrup
