High ESR count
She is week, previously diagnosed with pneumonia. Currently ESR count is 115 and heamoglobine is 10.5 and WBC has increased value. Please suggest for this high value of ESR if it is critical and urgent to address..

No ..It is not an acute condition to worry about...It is probably the chronic condition which we need to see about..Or it might also be low HB ..As you mention it is 10.5..And ESR is also nonspecific...So plaese meet a physician and rule out...Thank you

With such high ESR, besides tuberculosis one should also rule out malignancy and Multiple Myeloma.

GOOD MORNING , HIGH ESR IN INDIAN SUBCONTINENT IS IMPORTANT TO RULE OUT TUBERCULOSIS , HAVE YOU RULED OUT CAUSE OF PNEUMONIA AS BACTERIAL OR TUBERCULOSIS .....??
