A High ESR value on its own is irrelevant unless clubbed with other medical issues and seen as a global parameter along with others but not as a solitary one. ESR usually signifies that there is some element of infection or low lever chronic inflammation in the body. Seek more help

It's to high, 100 mcg one before breakfast.  Add calcium as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent. Shalcal 500 one at night.  Not to stop u need follow up by MD physician or endocrinologist.

Hi! A TSH of 12 suggests your thyroid is underactive, and your current dose of 62 mcg might not be enough now. The ESR of 92 also points to possible inflammation, which could be linked to your thyroid or another issue.
Next Steps
I’d recommend seeing your doctor for a review. They may increase your dose and might suggest tests like Free T4, Anti-TPO, or others to find the cause of the raised ESR.
Health Tips
Avoid adjusting the dose on your own—thyroid meds need careful monitoring.
