My mother is having esr value 70 , bp 180 , want to know what to do for reducing esr value ,please guide us which doctor we have to consult

Hello.... Esr is not diagnostic investigations ... It's only used in prognostic purpose..... It's raised both in physiological and pathological conditions... The ESR is increased in inflammation,pregnancy, anemia, autoimmune disorders (such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus), infections,her bp is high which should be under control ,Take her to general physician.
