BP fluctuating 180/110
Heart checked and no problem. But blood pressure is fluctuating sometimes going very high like 180/110 with pulse rate also high. Suggest measures and medication to normalise. All other parameters I.e.heart, sugar etc OK.

It keeps you HYDRATED and provide some energy which is better in this hot humid summer. Ten to fifteen minutes walk morning evening.
