I am getting some type of breathing problem these days what should I do I used medication for sometime then its was controlled a bit but now it is coming again can u plz tell any natural remedies to follow and foods to eat and what is the reason for this ?

1stly you need an antibiotic course. 2ndly you need a few tests for evaluation of ESR level.
