High cholestrol
In march 2021 , my father had high cholestrol 247 level.
He was given statins and was told to get tested 2 months later but could not due to covid.
One week back he got tested and cholestrol is still high at 247
What to do?

Total cholesterol is high ,but without other results of LDL hdl triglycerides and without any information about other conditions if he is having,not appropriate to comment.

include fruits and vegetables in his diet
exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day
