Honey or any sugar shall not be added to green tea. If at all u want to add sweetness to your tea, can always use cinnamon. It is best thing to add sweetness also helps in controlling cholesterol. As you said, you feel loose. In what sense you feel so? I mean bodily or like eating thing or through mind? What kind of looseness you feel in yourself? If you use any saturated fats stop using that. For eating use olive oil and rice bran oil. Avoid fried food stuffs rather prefer roasted. Use flax seeds, you can always binge your hunger on flax seeds they are the best for reducing cholesterol and even prevent diabetes. Any questions or any queries you can message me personally or even take practo appointment.
